FRISCO - Big 12 Football Media Days returns to Ford Center at The Star on July 7-8, about 12 miles northwest of Plano.
Media Days is the conference's preseason football stage. Coaches and selected players meet reporters, do broadcast interviews and begin shaping expectations for the season.
For Plano, the event is just up the Dallas North Tollway and squarely inside the local sports-business corridor. Colorado coach Deion Sanders will draw national attention, while Brett Yormark's address and quarterbacks such as Noah Fifita, Conner Weigman and DJ Lagway add substance.
