KidMania’s Plano location at 7252 Chase Oaks Blvd. has closed, according to a September auction catalogue published by Bidder Bros LLC.

The auctioneer’s listing says it offered selected assets from the Plano family entertainment center. The catalogue lists a Sept. 13–27, 2026 auction period and late-September pickup dates.

A separate Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing identifies a project called RC WORLD at the same Plano, Texas address. Registered July 6, the project calls for a 15,586-square-foot interior finish-out with an estimated construction cost of $400,000.

The filing gives an anticipated start date of Oct. 1, 2026, and a completion date of June 1, 2027. Those are the dates submitted in the state record, rather than confirmation that construction has begun or an opening date has been set.

The record’s scope is limited to the interior finish-out. It does not establish the future business’s offerings or a relationship with the former playground operator.
