Texas A&M edge rusher Anto Saka has been included in The Athletic's 2026 "Freaks List," which highlights exceptional athletes in college football, as announced by the school on Monday. Bruce Feldman, who compiles the list, noted that Saka is considered "the freakiest of a very gifted D-line room."
Saka stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 255 pounds, wearing the number 14. Originally from Baltimore, he is a graduate student who transferred to College Station from Northwestern. He is part of a defensive line that also includes Sam M'Pemba, who is 6-foot-3 and 257 pounds, and transferred from Georgia.
The Freaks List is an annual compilation that showcases remarkable athletic testing results reported by strength coaches and programs, focusing on raw physical ability rather than on-field performance. Texas A&M did not disclose Saka's specific ranking on the list.
The list was released while the Aggies are in the midst of Fall Camp, with their season opener set for September 5 at Kyle Field.
