Toyota adds Woodland Edition to 2027 Grand Highlander lineup

The hybrid SUV version adds all-wheel drive, all-terrain tires and a half-inch of ground clearance.

Toyota announced Oct. 1 that a hybrid Woodland Edition will join its 2027 Grand Highlander lineup, adding another version of the three-row SUV to the range.

According to Toyota, the Woodland includes all-wheel drive, all-terrain tires and an extra half-inch of ground clearance. Equipment also includes a removable second-row cooler, all-weather floor mats and a cargo tray with pop-up dividers.

Toyota expects 2027 models to begin reaching dealerships later this year. The Grand Highlander is assembled in Princeton, Indiana. Toyota’s U.S. sales operation is based in Plano.
