First-Half Dominance for Houston
Houston controlled the opening 30 minutes, building a 17-0 lead before the break. The Texans’ offense struck early, with Woody Marks rushing for a 20-yard touchdown. The lead expanded when Wade Woodaz returned an interception 80 yards for a touchdown, capping a strong defensive effort.
Ka'imi Fairbairn added a 51-yard field goal to extend the advantage.
