Plano police are seeking help from the public in finding Jayme White, an 18-year-old woman who is the subject of an endangered missing person alert.
White’s caregiver reported her missing on Aug. 5. Police said she was last seen at about 11:25 a.m. as she left her residence in the 1700 block of Spanish Trail.
Relatives told officers that White has an intellectual disability and that her social functioning is similar to that of a 4-year-old, which has raised concern for her safety.
Police described White as having short red hair with brown roots. She was last known to be wearing a black shirt, black pants and pink shoes, and she had a backpack in black and gray.
Anyone who sees White or knows where she may be is asked to call 911 immediately.
