Diodes Inc. recorded $46.6 million in profit for the second quarter, the Plano-based semiconductor components company reported Wednesday.
The company, which trades under the ticker DIOD, said its profit came to $1 per share. On an adjusted basis that excludes one-time items, earnings were 70 cents per share.
Diodes reported $445.5 million in revenue for the period.
For the quarter that ends in September, the company said it expects per-share earnings between 95 cents and $1.15.
