Rockfish Seafood & Grill plans to open a new restaurant in Frisco this November. The establishment will showcase the company’s updated branding and introduce new food options alongside existing favorites. The location is situated at 9179 Dallas Parkway, Suite 170. This site is near Toyota Stadium, The Star, the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, and downtown Frisco. Frisco is about 12 miles northwest of Plano.

The restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Hours extend to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu will maintain its focus on fresh fish and classic dishes. Items such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Volcano Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, and the Redfish St. Charles will remain available. New additions to the menu include Ribeye steak and BBQ Ribs.

Tommy Lee, who serves as both CEO and president of Rockfish, cited strong customer feedback from the Lewisville location as a key factor in the expansion. He stated that the positive response from patrons prompted the decision to share the refreshed brand with a broader audience. Lee described Frisco as having a flourishing market and a community focused on family life. He noted that these elements create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for the new business.

Lee expressed anticipation for introducing the restaurant’s fresh seafood and grilled selections to the local community. The company has not provided specific details regarding the exact opening date within November. Further information about the new location is available through Rockfish Seafood & Grill’s official Facebook page.

The expansion marks a significant step for the seafood chain as it continues to grow its presence in the region. The new Frisco location will join other existing spots under the updated corporate identity. Customers can visit the Dallas Parkway address once the doors open in the coming weeks.
