Lombardi Family Concepts introduced Victory Tap Sports Lounge in Plano on June 13. Located at 5973 W. Parker Road, the venue aims to merge traditional sports bar energy with a refined dining and entertainment environment.
Founder and Owner Alberto Lombardi described the establishment as a neighborhood hub designed for various occasions, from major sporting events to casual evenings. He emphasized a philosophy centered on hospitality that makes guests feel comfortable.
The facility features multiple recreational options beyond television screens. An outdoor bocce court, cornhole, and shuffleboard areas are available for guest use. The venue also includes foosball tables and plans to organize tournaments and community gatherings throughout the year.
A notable attraction is the professional-grade Formula 1 racing simulator. The dedicated area houses two racing machines capable of supporting realistic driving experiences for different skill levels. Spectator seating surrounds the simulators, allowing others to watch head-to-head competitions. Sessions cost $20 for 15 minutes.
The kitchen focuses on elevated versions of classic dishes. Menu items include wings with Texas peach BBQ or Thai chili garlic flavors, crispy calamari, and Bloody Mary deviled eggs. Other offerings feature bang bang shrimp, thick queso with tortilla chips, and a tavern-style margherita pizza.
Seafood and steak selections are also available. Diners can order oysters, sushi, or steak frites served with au poivre sauce. A standout entrée mentioned is the miso cod, prepared with sticky white rice and a sweet glaze.
