The State Fair of Texas will commence its 2026 season on September 25 at Fair Park, offering a rich music lineup over 24 days. This year’s fair theme is "Stars, Stripes and Howdies."

The Chevrolet Main Stage will host a range of musical performances, including genres like country, rock, R&B, Norteño, and pop. Clint Black is set to kick off the concert series, followed by performances from notable artists such as Bowling for Soup, Lee Brice, Kansas, Queensrÿche, RaeLynn, Gym Class Heroes, 3OH!3, and The Toadies.

Alongside the main stage, the fair will include several other venues for live music. The Bud Light Stage near Cotton Bowl Stadium will highlight local and regional performers, while the White Claw Spotlight Stage at the Grove will feature artists from the Dallas Music Office’s lineup.

A new ZiegenBock Stage will be introduced at the renovated Old Mill Inn, offering another location for live music alongside food and beverages.

Ken Ebo, a retired U.S. Marine Gunnery Sergeant and Senior Lecturer of Jazz Studies at the University of North Texas, has been appointed as the 2026 Resident Artist and will perform with his group throughout the fair. Season passes for the event are currently on sale, with further details to be released as the fair date approaches.

The fair will run from September 25 through October 18, 2026.

Princeton is about 16 miles northeast of Plano.
