The Baylor Bears football team is experiencing significant changes on its offensive line as the new season approaches. With only one full-time starter returning, Kaden Sieracki at right tackle, the team faces numerous uncertainties in this critical position.

A key player, Yakiri Walker, who transferred from Memphis and was expected to start at center, is no longer with the team after his injunction was denied. He has transitioned to a coaching role. This development has prompted further adjustments within the offensive line, leading to Koltin Sieracki stepping up to take on the center position.

Offensive line coach Austin Woods noted that Koltin has been actively participating in practices and is poised to start against Auburn.

Koltin Sieracki, who stands at 6'4" and weighs 317 pounds, was previously the sixth lineman last season and has experience playing both right guard and center. Initially anticipated to play guard this season, he has shifted his focus to center following Walker's departure. Sieracki expressed a preference for the center position, stating, "I actually prefer center.

I think it's more of a natural position for me."

As the offensive line takes shape, Sieracki mentioned that Texas transfer Nate Kibble and South Alabama transfer Asher Hale have been working alongside him at the guard position. UAB transfer Logan Moore has been positioned at left tackle.

Meanwhile, Toledo transfer Cole Rhett is reportedly moving around the line, gaining experience in various roles, which could indicate his competition for a starting position or a return to the sixth lineman role.

Coach Woods praised the efforts of both Rhett and Hale, highlighting their consistency and improvement as they continue to adapt during fall camp. The evolving dynamics of the offensive line will be closely monitored as the Bears prepare for their upcoming season opener against Auburn.
