Since 2020, Prescott has had wide receiver CeeDee Lamb as a key target, and the addition of George Pickens in the 2025 offseason has strengthened the receiving corps. Last season, Prescott achieved the second-highest passing yard total of his career, with 4,552 yards, while also throwing 30 touchdown passes, marking the fourth time he has reached that milestone in his career.
With approximately 600 pass attempts last season, the Cowboys may aim for a more balanced offensive approach moving forward. The implementation of a new defensive scheme under coordinator Christian Parker could also influence how often Prescott and the offense find themselves in catch-up situations. Given his strong receiving duo, Prescott has the potential to surpass 4,000 passing yards again in the 2026 season.
