The TCU Horned Frogs failed to secure a home victory on Saturday, October 3, 2026, as the visiting BYU Cougars defeated them 17-10 at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth. Second Quarter Balance

For TCU, Jaden Craig threw for 187 yards on 18 of 25 attempts, accounting for one touchdown and one interception. Jeremy Payne led the rushing attack with 77 yards on 14 carries, while Kari Ashley hauled in six passes for 108 yards and a touchdown. The loss drops the TCU Horned Frogs to a 2-3 record, while the BYU Cougars improve to 4-0.
