The Plano Symphony Orchestra's Halloween-season subscription concert features guest conductor Melisse Brunet, a finalist for the orchestra's music director post, and double bassist Rachel Martin. The program draws on Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, and the supernatural, with music from The Nightmare Before Christmas, the Frida y Diego Suite, Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique, Tan Dun's Wolf Totem double bass concerto, and Revueltas. Single tickets range from $33 to $90, with $15 student tickets available in most sections.
