USPS Plans July Postage Increase, Pushing the Forever Stamp to 82 Cents
The U.S. Postal Service has proposed raising postage about 4.8 percent starting July 12, lifting the Forever stamp from 78 to 82 cents, if the Postal Regulatory Commission approves.
