Bordeaux & Crème is planned for the Shops at Legacy North in Plano, where an existing storefront is slated to become a lounge centered on wine and dessert. Property owner AlbaneseCormier has announced the incoming business and described a planned fall opening.

The location is Suite D165 at 5840 Legacy Circle. A project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation identifies the work as an interior conversion of an existing suite into a wine bar, covering 1,428 square feet.

The registration carries an estimated construction cost of $200,000. It lists Sept. 15 as the start date and Nov. 15 as the completion date. Those dates describe the submitted construction schedule; the November entry does not establish a public opening day.

AlbaneseCormier’s announcement describes a setting combining wine, sweets and music, with an emphasis on a smaller-scale evening experience. The state record names Shanice Williams as the tenant and says the renovation is privately funded by the tenant.

The accessibility-project record was registered July 20 and shows its review as complete. That status does not confirm that construction has finished. Neither the filing nor the landlord’s announcement identifies a specific first day of service.
