Plano ISD plans to open its new Career and Technical Education Center this fall at 1865 Alma Drive. The district says the campus remains under construction and is not yet open to the public.
The center will offer 19 programs of study for students across Plano ISD, with opportunities to earn industry certifications. Programs span fields including health care, information technology, culinary arts, business and skilled trades.
A state construction filing lists the project at about 159,000 square feet and an estimated $76.7 million. The district’s current public pages identify a fall 2026 opening but do not give a specific first day for classes.
