Madisonville Christmas Company will open its first Dallas-Fort Worth location on September 12, 2026. The seasonal pop-up store is situated at 5801 Preston Road in Plano, occupying the former Weir's Furniture Village space. This expansion marks the first time the Texas-based holiday retailer has brought its specific style of décor to the North Texas region.
The store offers a curated selection of holiday items, including designer-inspired trees, ornaments, ribbon, wreaths, and garlands. The inventory also includes floral designs, gifts, tabletop and mantel décor, and oversized statement pieces. The company aims to provide a complete holiday look rather than just individual products on shelves. Shoppers can find collections ranging from traditional styles to distinctive designer-inspired aesthetics.
Ashley Rentz, the founder of Madisonville Christmas Company, stated that the goal is to help customers who want their homes to feel special but are unsure where to start. "We want people to feel Christmas from the moment they walk through the door," Rentz said.
The store features themed spaces designed to show how different elements work together, allowing visitors to find inspiration for their own homes.
The Plano location expands on the company’s flagship destination in Madisonville, Texas. That flagship site is located on an 11-acre campus between Dallas and Houston and includes a 30,000-square-foot showroom with more than 6,000 curated holiday items. The new Plano store brings this design philosophy closer to local shoppers, offering in-house expertise in floral and wreath design.
Custom design services are also available to help customers create coordinated looks.
