PepsiCo Beverages U.S. plans to end warehouse operations at its Tulsa, Oklahoma, facility on November 15, 2026, resulting in the loss of 184 jobs. The closure affects the distribution center located at 510 W. Skelly Drive, though beverage manufacturing at the same site will continue. The company filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) notice detailing the permanent shutdown.
The affected workforce includes 63 warehouse staff members and 57 forklift operators. Additional roles impacted by the restructuring involve 16 checkers, 13 inventory-control specialists, and 12 lead workers, supervisors, and coordinators. PepsiCo stated it is working to place some of these employees in other positions at the Tulsa plant or nearby facilities, but did not specify how many workers might secure such roles.
In a statement, PepsiCo Beverages U.S. explained that the company is moving warehouse operations to a new facility in the Tulsa area to better support customers and consumers. The company pledged to provide transition assistance, career support, and pay and benefits continuation based on years of service to the impacted workers.
The identity of the new logistics provider and the specific location of the new warehouse were not disclosed.
This move is part of a broader consolidation of PepsiCo’s U.S. distribution network. In June, Frito-Lay closed a warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, California, eliminating 248 jobs. An off-site Frito-Lay warehouse in Orlando closed in May, affecting 46 workers, following the November 2025 shutdown of a nearby manufacturing plant and warehouse that cut 454 jobs.
