Café Olivia is set to open its third location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this fall, introducing a new concept called Café Olivita. The new café will debut in early October at Park Center, located at 2400 Dallas Parkway. While the brand is expanding into the Plano market, this specific location will feature a distinct, smaller format compared to its other sites.
The new establishment is designed with midsize office environments in mind, though it will not be restricted to building tenants. Situated on the ground floor with exterior access, the café will also welcome visitors from the surrounding Willow Bend community. The space measures approximately 2,335 square feet and provides seating for 67 guests.
Operating hours are scheduled for Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving breakfast and lunch.
Owner Adrian Verdin described the new concept as a streamlined version of the existing brand.
In an official statement, Verdin said, “Café Olivita is a smaller-format expression of Café Olivia that allows us to bring our chef-driven approach into office communities in a way that feels intentional and elevated.” Verdin added that the goal is to meet the daily needs of office workers while maintaining the quality and hospitality associated with the brand, noting that this model is intended to expand throughout the metroplex.
The menu will combine a reduced food selection with the full beverage program available at other Café Olivia locations. Food items include the Rising Pig, Oaxaca Mornings, the Olivia Sandwich, Amalfi Grain Bowl, Miso Salmon, and Green Goddess Cobb. Beverage options will feature the Pink Cloud, Olivia Latte, and Valencia Bloom.
