Residents in North Texas have numerous options for marking Independence Day, with events scheduled throughout the region. Allen kicks off its celebrations early on June 27 at Celebration Park, featuring live music, food trucks, and a major fireworks display. Addison follows on July 3 with Kaboom Town! at Addison Circle Park, which includes an air show, townwide watch parties, and aerial fireworks.

Frisco offers several choices, including Paws & Stripes at Kaleidoscope Park for dogs on July 3, and Freedom Fest Block Party at Riders Field on July 4, which features a classic car show and a RoughRiders game. Plano residents can attend Red, White, & Brews at Legacy Food Hall for live DJ sets and food, or visit Collin College Spring Creek Campus for Plano's All American 4th. Other local highlights include Red, White & You in Garland, Sparks & Stripes in Irving, and a sensory-sensitive celebration in Coppell that replaces fireworks with a glow projection.

McKinney hosts a morning parade and evening concert at Towne Lake Park, while PGA Frisco features a drone show and fireworks over the fairway. Details regarding specific times, ticket requirements, or additional activities for these events are not yet clear.
